Erb's PalsyErbs Palsy StatisticsAlthough a brachial plexus injury can occur at any time, they are most common during the birth of a child. About 2-3 out of every 1000 babies suffer a brachial plexus injury at birth. About 1 out of every 10 of these children will need treatment for their injuries. More children suffer from brachial plexus injuries sustained at birth than Down's Syndrome or Muscular Dystrophy. |
